How do your classes work?

When you attend our classes, all materials for your craftivity is provided. Depending on the craft, an instructor will walk through instructions on how to make the craft or you will be provided a set of instructions that you can use to complete your craft. If you just want to hang out while someone is crafting, you are more than welcome to do so, and you only pay for whoever is crafting. Crafts can also be done together.

Is this for Kids or Adults?

We are family friendly. Kids are allowed but they must be able to do the craft by themselves (or be accompanied by an adult) - all activities can be a great opportunity to spend time with a loved one - with your mom/dad, with your son/daughter, or with your boo!

Do you do corporate events?

Yes, we definitely host team building activities or corporate events. Contact us by email at contact@craftivity.co or phone (415) 604-2727 to set something up.

Do you allow food or drinks?

Yes, feel free to bring snacks or drinks to the class.

Where are you located?

151 Jackson St., San Francisco is our first permanent retail location!

What's the refund policy?

Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credit can be provided for a future class if a request is received at least ONE WEEK before the start of a class. Class cancellations, reschedules, and credit requests should be made via email: contact@craftivity.co. Class credit will be available for one year from the date of the original booking.

Where can I park?

Street parking is available (watch out for loading zones) or the Jackson Square parking garage is very close by.

Are you process or product art?

We believe in both! We want to encourage process art but also feel like we can learn something through product art as well. We try to provide opportunities for both during our sessions if possible.
